Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If ProjectionWealth isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

What's covered

  • Every paid plan — monthly, yearly and lifetime.
  • The guarantee runs for 14 days from the date of payment.
  • Renewals are covered too: if an auto-renewal charge surprises you, ask within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll refund it.

How to get a refund

  1. Email hello@projectionwealth.com from your registered email address with the subject "Refund".
  2. Include the payment reference from your receipt if you have it handy (not mandatory — we can find your payment from your email).
  3. That's it. No forms, no calls, no "are you sure" flows.

How and when you get the money

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) via Razorpay.
  • We approve eligible refunds within 2 business days of your email.
  • After approval, banks typically take 5–7 business days to credit the amount; some banks may take a few days more.

What happens to your account

After a refund your account moves to the Free plan, which includes one portfolio. Your first portfolio and its data stay; data in any additional portfolios is removed, and other paid features lock. If you have more than one portfolio,export everything to CSV before requesting the refund — or ask us in the same email and we'll give you time to export first. You can resubscribe later and start adding portfolios again.

Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you've paid for. A refund reverses a payment you've already made, within the 14-day window. You can do either from a single email — or cancel any time from billing settings in the app.

The fine print (kept short)

  • Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion — write to us anyway; we're reasonable people.
  • Repeated cycles of purchasing and refunding the same plan may be declined as abuse of the guarantee.
  • This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under Indian consumer-protection law.
