How do I import a CAMS or KFintech statement?

Import mutual-fund transactions from a CAMS or KFintech CAS PDF.

Updated 23 Jul 2026

For mutual funds, the cleanest source isn't your broker — it's the registrars. A single CAS (Consolidated Account Statement) from CAMS or KFintech covers every fund you hold, across every AMC, and ProjectionWealth reads it directly.

Choose the CAS source

In Settings → Import Data, set Source → CAMS / KFintech CAS (PDF). A CAS PDF is password-protected, so a CAS Password field appears — usually your PAN (e.g. ABCDE1234F), or whatever password you set when you requested the statement.

Set the source to CAMS / KFintech, enter the CAS password, and drop the PDF — the helper shows how to request one.

Get your CAS

The How to get your CAMS CAS helper walks you through requesting a detailed statement that spans both CAMS- and KFintech-serviced funds, emailed to you as a PDF. Drop that PDF in, enter the password, and hit Preview.

Preview, then confirm

The preview lists every mutual-fund transaction it found. Check it looks right, then Confirm Import — units, cost and NAV history all land in the portfolio you chose.

Note: A CAS captures your whole MF history in one file, which makes it the most reliable way to get accurate cost and returns for funds. The PDF is read on import and not stored.
