Support & Troubleshooting

How do I raise a support ticket?

Open a ticket describing your issue, with optional screenshots attached.

Updated 23 Jul 2026

Stuck on something the help center doesn't cover? Raise a ticket and a real person on our team picks it up. The more you tell us up front, the faster we can actually fix it.

Open a new ticket

Go to Support and click New Ticket. The New support ticket form asks for a few things:

The New support ticket form — a subject, a category and priority, and the description that does the heavy lifting.

  • Subject — a short description of the issue.
  • Category — Bug, Billing, Feature Request, Account or Other.
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High or Urgent; it defaults to Medium.
  • Description — the required one. Steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what actually happened.
  • Attachments (optional) — a screenshot is worth a paragraph.

Send it

Hit Open ticket and it lands with our team. You'll be able to follow replies and add more detail from the ticket thread.

Tip: For anything visual — a wrong number, a chart that looks off — attach a screenshot. It's the single fastest way to help us see what you're seeing.
