Locked out? It's almost always the magic link timing out, and the fix takes ten seconds. There's also a Google option that skips links entirely.
Magic links expire fast
For your security, a magic link is only valid for 15 minutes and works once. If you open an old email — or click a link you already used — it won't sign you in. That's expected, not a bug.

Sign in to your account or create a new one

On the Welcome back screen, request a fresh Send Magic Link, or use Continue with Google.
Get a fresh link
Back on the Welcome back screen, enter your email and hit Send Magic Link again. Open the newest email — the most recent link is the only live one — and click through within 15 minutes.
Or skip the link
If links keep slipping past the window, use Continue with Google instead. As long as it's the same email address, you land in the same account — no link, no waiting.
Still stuck? Check the link didn't land in spam, and that you're opening it in the same browser you requested it from. If it still won't work, tell us which email you're using and raise a ticket — we'll sort it.
