Support & Troubleshooting

How do I track or close my ticket?

Read replies, reply back with attachments, and close a ticket once it's resolved.

Updated 23 Jul 2026

Once a ticket is open, everything happens in one place — our replies, your follow-ups, and the button to wrap it up when you're sorted. No email ping-pong to lose track of.

Find your tickets

The Support page lists every ticket you've opened. Filter by All, Open or Closed to find the one you want, then open it to see the full thread.

The thread keeps your messages and ours together; reply from the composer, or Close it when you're done.

Reply and attach

Type into the Reply to Support composer to add to the conversation, and use Attach to send another screenshot or file. Every reply lands in the same thread, so the whole history stays in one scroll.

Close it when it's sorted

Once your issue is resolved, hit Close and confirm on the Close ticket prompt. It's not permanent — you can always open a new ticket if something else comes up.

Note: The Details panel shows the ticket's category, priority and status at a glance — handy when you're checking whether we've picked it up yet.
